After five days this clock is running better than ever. I want to thank both of these gentlemen and can assure you that this is a store which knows the true meaning of customer service.
Based on my recent experience with Hands of Time, I strongly recommend them for repair and/or calibration of wall clocks. I had taken "Kasper" to a shop in the wilds of Virginia, twice, without success. Hands of Time were careful, explained what was needed and then for a very reasonable price. fixed my clock.
I've bought many items from here over the years and have always enjoyed the experience. They have the most incredible collection of display cabinets and the best staff. Wonderful store.
My wife and I brought our Seth Thomas mantel clock here last Saturday. It had been running erratically and we were not sure if we should buy a new one or put money into repairs for this one. We spoke with Ken and Ben, the technicians, who said maybe it just needed an adjustment and they spent about 30 minutes working on it. We were then given the option of leaving it for a thorough cleaning or taking it home to see how it ran for a few days. We were not charged for the work performed.
