I had been with Nationwide for 17 years so I had several policies including my home, and after a very terrible claims experience with one of my cars I no longer wanted to continue business with them. When I called over to Michael's agency, they were so helpful and patient in answering all of the questions I had, and assured me that it would be a very easy transition to get all my policies switched over to State Farm. Most importantly I found out that State Farm is #1 in claims and that was something that was very important to me, especially after the experience I just went through. Although, now I am paying a little bit more than I was with Nationwide, I feel that it is well worth my money to have switched over. This agency was so informative, so kind, and so helpful.
